At RideFOX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and protective bags are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
